The most important input in the design is that the plot was chosen in a position that dominates the city. For this reason, the use of the ground is opened to the public at the maximum level. Semi-open spaces were obtained by upgrading the building from the ground. While settling longitudinally on the plot, different sections were created and an abundance of space was tried to be obtained.
The main element that gives the architectural language to the building is that the surface continuity on the facade is not cut while crossing the building. Continuing the surface, which is widely used in modern architecture, while passing through different sections, enabled all functions to emerge in a single building integrity.
