The building was designed in an L shape in the plan plane. It consists of ground floor + 1 floor. The mass opposite the main road is arranged as a commercial block. There are apartments on the block facing the side road. There is a basement under the commercial block. The 1st floor of the commercial block can be accessed directly by an open staircase. The 1st floor will be used as an open cafe terrace.
