We design the structural, mechanical and electrical projects of the projects which we design with our engineers and the engineering offices we cooperate with.We design our buildings with sustainable engineering. While using solar energy for electricity costs and hot water heating in the building, we try to choose materials that will reduce the carbon emission of the building.
REnovation & ADAPTIVE REUSE
Today, there are many modern structures that have reached since the 1950s. The demolition of these structures means wasted concrete and iron. For this reason, instead of demolishing the existing structures, we design them by preserving the column and floor structure and re-functionalizing them with new plans according to today's needs.
Consulting & SUPERVISION
For the projects drawn by other architects, we make a design review, find the mistakes in the plan solutions, structure and designs to prepare a report and inform our clients.
By supervising the projects we draw, we ensure that the construction is done correctly in accordance with the project.
